Stay in a sunny and spacious music-lover apartment in the heart of Paris! Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, ideally located just 10min from St Germain, Tour Eiffel, Invalides, Grand Palais, Champs-Elysées & department store "Le Bon Marché". The space The beautiful view on the Tour Eiffel by night is very pleasant and even more if you come around the New Year eve or the 14th of July :) Personally, I also love to have a 5 minutes walks sometimes around this magical and enchanting area by night with all the monument lights. Guest access Only the dressing and one cabinet will be close to stock all the personal belongings of the owner. Obviously all the rest of the flat will be accessible to our beloved guest to make their stay enjoyable. Other things to note Rules in the Flat: We prepared the flat in order for you to feel at home and confortable. We left some essentials products and basic necessities. Please feel free to use if needed and replace the one you used/finished when you have time to go to the market. This is a No smoking apartment. No party neither. You have some guide and book about Paris you are free to use and enjoy. BE VERY CAREFUL: OPEN ONE WINDOW AT A TIME. If you open 2 windows they break because of the wind. Trust us, it happens quicker than you think so don't take the risk, please :) Please avoid stilletto on the wooden floor. We would appriciate that you help us to leave the flat as you found it, clean and clear: -clean kitchen , dishes cleaned and tidy, fridge empty and clean -please undo your bed and put towel & sheets in the hallway Thank you so much for your understanding and respect.
