LA CROIX AU MAITRE In a former 19th century hospice transformed into a luxury residence, you will enjoy a 64 m² apartment with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people (2 double beds). You will have views of the cathedral and the vineyards of Clos de la Chainette. A parking space will allow you to park your vehicle in the building. Free public parking is also a 5-minute walk away. Quiet and bucolic environment at the entrance to the city center. The space The 64 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) of very good comfort. The second bedroom can accommodate 2 additional people in a 140 x 190 cm double bed. Guests will have access to a separate bathroom with spacious shower, toilet and washing machine (shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer available). The fitted and equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. You have an oven, microwave, induction stove, large fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. It is separated from the living room by a central island with 4 high stools. You can enjoy WiFi (fiber) and connected TV. Bed and bath linen is included in the price. Tea, coffee (ground and pods) and cocoa are available. For children under 2 years old, a crib is available upon request. The apartment is renovated, bright and very comfortable. We take great care with the quality of the furniture and decoration, with objects that are essentially antiques, corresponding to our taste. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, without elevator, and is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Guest access Check-ins start at 5 p.m. and checkouts start before 12 p.m. Free public parking 5 minutes from the residence (7 Avenue Charles de Gaulle).
