If you are a sunset lover, this place will give you that view. There's a restaurant in the lobby of Kandi Tower 3. There is a laundry shop nearby whenever you need to have your clothes wash. 10 minutes walk to Walking Street and tricycle as a means of transportation is also available just ask the security guard if you need one. other option is by using Grab Car. We do not want to be liable for any accidents during your stay. NO PARTY OR EXCESSIVE NOISE Free daily house cleaning is provided, but you need to ask for this service directly to the maids or thru the front desk. we encourage our guests to use this free service. I will provide 1 set of bedsheets for each bed and a set of bath towels. Cleaning of linen is not included. If your stay is longer than 4 days, I will provide an additional 6 bath towels. If your stay is 7 days or longer, I will provide a second set of bedsheets. Laundry shops in the vicinity will wash and dry your clothes in about 3 hours. Linens and towels with non removable stains like blood. wine. ink. and any non removable stains will be charged. 1000 each sheets and 400 for each towel During your STAY, you can also request additional towels and sheets for a small fee to cover laundry expenses.
