The floor of the house is not accessible for rent, it serves as storage. The garden is spacious and on the kitchen side, an extension in the form of a large covered terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors comfortably and in all weather. Free private parking can accommodate 2-3 vehicles. Guest access You are renting the entire ground floor of the house as well as the entire garden. The floor is condemned because it serves as an attic/storage. Other things to note "Delicate" objects/furniture must be handled with care and caution: - the WHITE corduroy sofa (please do not eat on it or leave shoes or dirty feet on it - The movie screen and the video projector are little extras that need to be treated gently and delicately - the custom-made cupboard at the base of the stairs. The doors are made of maple, a nice wood to be treated with delicacy🙂.
