The space The Garden Apartment is located in the heart of Keswick, on the ground floor of Keswick View, a slate-built detached Victorian property. The apartment has level access from our private car park. It is particularly popular with young families, those with limited mobility and mountain-bikers. The spacious lounge/diner is comfortably furnished with two large sofas and equipped with Smart TV/DVD and free Wi-Fi. The slate-topped dining table seats 4. The lounge overlooks the patio/garden, which is equipped with a patio table and chairs. On cooler days you can sit inside the small sun-lounge, which is also useful for bike storage. The apartment has a double bedroom with king-size bed, and a twin bedroom with two single beds. The modern kitchen/diner is well-equipped, including dishwasher and a small dining table (seats 2). Pots, pans and cookware are provided; consumables (e.g. oil, salt, pepper) are not provided. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The apartment also has secure internal access to the rest of the property, particularly useful for groups booking multiple apartments on different floors. Guest access Access to the Garden apartment is via its own lockable front door located adjacent to the car park. Please keep the front door closed at all times to maintain security. Garden apartment guests may park one vehicle to the rear of the property in our private car park. There are three spaces: one for each apartment The apartment has a small sun lounge/porch with seting, also suitable for secure storage of one or two bikes. Outside the apartment has use of a patio with table and 4 garden chairs. Due to its location, beneath other apartments this is not suitable for barbecues. As well as the apartment's facilities, guests may use the lockable laundry/drying room in an adjacent outbuilding next to the apartment (also useful for additional bike storage) and use the waiting area in the main hall. The Garden apartment has an optional staircase with lockable door into the hallway of the main Keswick View property, useful for access to other apartments, if making a multiple booking and also for access directly onto pedestrianised Lake Road
