Pretty 60 m² duplex house with large private and sunny patio. In the heart of the historic district of Les Cordiers, "notre nid" is located among the typical fishermen's houses of Le Tréport. Ideal for a family getaway, it is located at the foot of the cliffs, the funicular (free), 100m from the beach and the fishing/pleasure-sailing port. Bakery, shops and restaurants within walking distance Free parking / 20min walk from the train station > Paris Not accessible to people with reduced mobility The space Renovated at the end of 2022 by our family, this 60m² house welcomes you for a cosy stay (accessible by stairs). - On the first floor: living room and open kitchen, access to a large private patio, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. - On the second floor: a large bedroom with two single beds, each with its own space and storage space. - A private patio/balcony of 50m² facing south (sunny all day): a table, chairs, a parasol and deckchairs are at your disposal to enjoy the view of the cliff. Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, coffee machine, hotplates, oven, fridge. Dishes and utensils. Tea bags and coffee at your disposal on your arrival! Spacious bathroom: large custom-built shower, storage space, towel dryer, hair dryer. Hot water guaranteed. For your comfort, we provide sheets and towels. Beds are already made on your arrival! We also provide you with free access to documentation on the area and some books and board games to enjoy on our lovely patio. Within walking distance, you will find all the essentials: local shops, bakeries, our local market, a pharmacy, 24-hour laundry service. And activities: restaurants, bars, the beach, walks, kindergarten, cinema, casino etc. Guest access You have access to all the rooms in this house. Accessible by stairs. We prefer to welcome you between 4pm and 8pm but these hours are flexible. Let us know as soon as possible when you arrive so that we can organise as best. Train: Le Tréport - Mers-Les-Bains train station : a 20min walk from our accommodation (change or direct train in the summer to Paris)
