First floor: 4 bright bedrooms with double beds (160 to 180 cm). 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub. Separate WC. Guest access Guest access The Chauffailles SNCF train station provides easy access to the Domaine from Lyon Part-Dieu, Lyon Perrache or Paray-le-Monial. From Paris, the simplest option is to travel to Mâcon-Loché TGV, then rent a car. An alternative is to travel via Nevers, then take a TER train to Chauffailles. The Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is approximately 1h30 by car. By car: Paris → 4h30 Lyon → 1h30 Dijon → 2h00 The Domaine has a large private parking area that can accommodate up to 8 vehicles. Guests have full access to all outdoor areas: garden, playground, pétanque court, covered jacuzzi, as well as a converted barn (ping-pong table, deck chairs, badminton net, etc.). Bicycles can be rented through our local partner. Access is however restricted to the following areas: the non-renovated stable, the attic, a private room dedicated to the owners’ storage. Other things to note Capacity and stay conditions Maximum capacity: up to 15 guests, including children and babies. No exceptions will be granted, as this limit corresponds to the property’s insurance conditions. Any excess will result in the immediate termination of the stay, without refund. Minimum stay: Outside school holidays: minimum 2 nights Public holidays and long weekends: booking of the entire period required School holidays: minimum 7 nights Calm and respect for the property Le Domaine de la Source is a peaceful place dedicated to relaxation and conviviality. It is not suitable for parties, loud gatherings, or festive events. Bachelor or bachelorette parties (EVJF / EVG) are not permitted. The property is particularly suited for family stays, groups of friends, quiet retreats or small seminars. Respect for neighbors, equipment and the property is strictly required. Cleanliness and maintenance End-of-stay cleaning is not included. The property must be returned clean and tidy, in a condition equivalent to that at arrival: dishes washed and put away kitchen, floors and sanitary areas cleaned toilets disinfected bins emptied oven, barbecue and refrigerator cleaned indoor and outdoor furniture returned to its original place glass surfaces without visible marks In case of insufficient cleaning, a fee of €25/hour will be charged. Household linen (bed sheets, towels, tea towels) is maintained by us. Eco-friendly cleaning products are provided. Security deposit A security deposit of €2,000 is required upon arrival (not charged). It may be used in case of damage, non-compliance with the rules or insufficient cleaning. Check-in and check-out An inventory is carried out at check-in and check-out in the presence of the hosts. Personalized welcome only: no self check-in is available. Arrival and departure times must be agreed in advance. Acceptance of the rules Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these house rules. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the stay, eviction without refund, and partial or full retention of the deposit. In addition, any breach of essential rules (capacity, disturbances, improper use of the property) may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, without notice or compensation, in accordance with regulations governing short-term furnished rentals.
