Plus, a kid’s play area, fishing docks, trails, and firewood are yours during your stay. 1.5 miles to Soaky Mountain Water Park. Sleeps up to 4 guests—no pets, please! Extra guests need approval and a small fee. The space Features a 1-bedroom loft with a king-size memory foam mattress, Smart TV, and a cozy reading nook. Includes a queen-size sleeper sofa paired with a 55-inch Smart TV. The full kitchen is equipped with a Haier refrigerator, Kline microwave/convection oven combo, dishwasher, glass cooktop, Keurig, a complete set of utensils, stacked GE washer/dryer, built-in Bluetooth speaker, and a luxurious heated glass walk-in shower. EV chargers are universal and may not work on Cybertrucks. During your visit, you’ll have access to a well-stocked 2-acre small lake (or large pond) with two fishing docks and multiple hiking trails -A few important notes- *Pets are not permitted in these units. Guests who bring pets onto the property will face a $500 fee. *Audio/video recording devices are installed under all awnings and on the exterior of unit #5, facing the water. *Though we prioritize being "green" and eco-conscious, we are not 420-friendly and request no smoking on the property. *These units are designed to comfortably and safely accommodate up to 4 guests, including infants. Groups exceeding 4 must submit a request for approval, and an additional guest fee will apply for bookings over capacity. *Please be aware: this home does not have child safety features. *Our liability insurance does not allow for early check-ins or late check-outs, so we cannot accommodate these requests. Guest access Property management is present during standard business hours and available upon request. We’re always reachable via text, email, or phone. Each unit offers parking for up to 2 vehicles. All provided amenities are exclusively for the use of Oasis Retreat’s registered overnight guests. Due to the size of the units and for everyone’s safety, we kindly request that unregistered guests not be invited to the property. Other things to note Lake Anton operates on a catch-and-release basis and is home to smallmouth bass, bluegill, and grass carp Life vests, fishing poles, kayaks, and a pedal boat are available on-site and included with your reservation Firewood for the fire pit is supplied throughout your stay Guests may bring their own paddleboards, canoes, mountain bikes, or other recreational/outdoor gear with advance notice and a signed liability waiver
