In addition to the living room with kitchen and sofa bed, 2 bedroom with 1.60 m double bed, bathroom, utility room and storage room, a small terrace on the living room level offers step-free indoor and outdoor use. A second, larger terrace is 5 steps lower and invites you to sunbathe, shower, bathe in the whirlpool and sit comfortably. Mobile working: You can work and enjoy the view at a workplace with fast internet (fiber optic). For more flexibility and a better work-life balance. Sustainability: A photovoltaic system is installed on the roof of your accommodation to generate the electricity you use. The sun also provides warm water, produced by a solar thermal system. 🌞 Other things to note Sports🏃 For athletes there are tennis and volleyball courts, opportunities for basketball, handball and badminton. Windsurfing, stand-up paddling, sailing, snorkeling and diving. Transfer 🚗 To get from the airport to your accommodation, you can use the bus or rent a car and then discover the whole island. We are also happy to pick you up at the airport for a fee and by arrangement. Workation 💻 Early on the laptop, in the evening on the beach at Las Playitas.
