Enjoy a lovely time in the stylish apartment "LOLIDA." We have newly furnished this for you after 2 years of renovation of our listed villa "Studio 13". Centrally located, not far from the mountain zoo, you will stay in the romantic Giebichenstein district. In a few minutes' walk you are at the Saale Heller Strand. The neighborhood is known for its special pubs and restaurants as well as art and culture. Welcome! An extra bed is available on request. The space In the lower area of the apartment, there is a spacious kitchen with seating and access to a small terrace. A staircase leads to the upper part of the apartment. Here you can find the sleeping facilities, toilet and bathroom. Our house is more than 100 years old and very much alive. Absolute tranquility cannot be expected here as the staircase with its lovingly refurbished wooden staircase already makes some creaking noises.
