Bathroom comes with beautiful tiled shower surrounds and newer vanity sink. The garage has been turned into a Game Room and is shared with other guests of the home. Fully equipped kitchen is part of great room with sofa, tv and fireplace. Dining pub table for up to 4. The shared laundry machines are in the Game Room. Newer heater and A/C unit in both the bedroom and great room. Private Balcony comes with bbq and outdoor chairs. Driveway has designated 1-car parking for this unit. Additional car can be parked on the street. There’s a pet friendly family park just a few minutes walk down the street. What you should know: This unit is on second floor. Freeway 5 is in front of the property and freeway music can be heard. It doesn’t bother most people but just to make awareness before booking and enjoying your stay. Guest access The game room is the garage below this unit. It will be shared by other guests if any. Laundry machines are in the garage as well. Other things to note The garage has been converted into game/entertainment area and is available for guests from 8am to 10pm. Please be respectful of others and clean up after use. Security cameras are placed in exterior common areas and in garage for safety purposes. We are not liable for any injuries on the premise or surrounding property. Any unauthorized early check in or late check out will result in a $100 per hour overstayed unless otherwise stated by host. Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture.
