Peppercorns Riverside Farm Stay is a rural retreat located in beautiful Clarence Town. The property sits on the banks of the Williams River and guests have private access our 15 acres of farmland. The 5-bedroom home is well-equipped and offers multiple spaces for you to relax or entertain in. Peppercorns the perfect place for families or groups of friends to getaway and enjoy a rural experience! The space The property includes a spacious 5-bedroom, 2 bathroom home with views in all directions. Features include: - Fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, glasses and everything you need to entertain. - Modern appliances including oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher Aldi coffee pod machine and rice cooker. - Expansive lounge room, sunroom and 2 separate dining areas (includes highchair). - Large deck with outdoor setting, lounge and BBQ. - Private patio with 6 burner BBQ. - Fans, air conditioning and indoor wood fire. - Laundry with washing machine, dryer and iron. - TV and Wifi to relax after a long day outside. - All linen, quilts and towels provided. Location Peppercorns Riverside Farm Stay is located in beautiful Clarence Town (approx. 1 hour from Newcastle or 2.5 hours from Sydney). The property is on the banks of the Williams River and has magnificent views to the surrounding ranges of Wallaroo National Park. - Clarence Town village is a 5-minute drive with a supermarket (IGA), café, liquor store and pub (Erringhi Hotel). - The Clarence Town boat ramp is close by, and you can tie up on our private pontoon. - Raymond Terrace is located 20 minutes South of the property with Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s, Aldi and Big W. Guest access The entire property is for your exclusive use during your stay. You can walk down to the river or through any of the paddocks, but we just ask that you close the gates behind. Please note: There is a small pantry locked in the house for our personal belongings and the garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note - Unfortunately, the property is not able to be booked for parties or large events. We ask that you please keep noise to a minimum at night as we are in a very quiet valley and don’t want to disturb our neighbours. - Dogs are allowed but please keep them away from the cattle and animals on surrounding properties. Your dog is welcome in tiled areas of the house, but we do ask that they are kept off the furniture and carpet.
