The beaches are plentiful and full of sugary white sand and the sunsets are colorful and breezy. There are a variety restaurants (many with live entertainment) to enjoy where you can grab seafood of any kind and a cocktail. There are bike, paddleboard, boat, and kayak rentals nearby. Know before you go: Check In: Is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out. Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians Parking: 1 assigned parking spaces are available for 1 vehicles. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises. For guest spaces, parking pass is required.
