Modular family home near Loire

Family house which is our home. New house from 2023, accessible to people with reduced mobility. You will have everything you need to have a good time with your family. Outside you will find a swimming pool, deckchairs, deck chairs, garden furniture, table and chairs, barbecue, plancha, etc. You will like the peace and quiet and may be able to observe the animals passing by from time to time. The house is non-smoking. Located 15 minutes from St Pierre TGV station (1 hour from Paris by train) The space House near the banks of the Loire and the famous Rochecorbon tavern. 6 minutes by car from the center of Tours, 9 minutes from St Pierre des Corps station 55 minutes from Paris by TGV) House in very quiet area with all amenities for families. We can accommodate 12 adults and 1 baby. The swimming pool can be heated from mid-April until approximately early/mid October (To see on request). It is equipped with an electric curtain. (buoys, children's belts, armbands, adult swimming belt available). Modular house: Possibility of isolating a bedroom in a studio or 2 bedrooms in an independent T2 if you have a babysitter for example or wish to have a certain independence between travelers. (the studio/T2 is equipped with its kitchenette and its independent exit with additional sound insulation). Guest access Easy access. No car market. (for the moment a threshold height to enter the house). 3 bedrooms are on one level and 2 bedrooms and the baby's bedroom are upstairs.
