Lower guest suite is centrally located just a short 5 minute walk to Queen St, where you have access to 24/7 public transit to the City downtown core, restaurants, coffee shops, bars and parks. The space offers everything for a comfortable stay, including washer/dryer, fridge, and a small kitchenette for prepping light meals. *Note: There is no parking on the property though permits are available from the City. It includes a microwave, toaster oven, kettle and 2-cup coffee machine. There is a desk with chair should you need to get some work done, along with a folding dining table for enjoying your meals.
