The house has a large rainwater tank. You have a large wooded garden for a refreshing break. The property is surrounded by low walls to ensure safety and privacy. The entrance has a pedestrian gate and a sliding gate to be able to enter your vehicle and park it safely . All this for moments of relaxation guaranteed. Guest access The house as well as the garden are accessible. Note that the upper floor is not finished but can be visited, especially for its sea view. The staircase leading to it is not yet equipped with railings but the floor is secure.
