We allow three days between all bookings to provide time for deep cleaning and natural airing of your space. This two bedroom, one and 1/2 bath villa lets guests enjoy a deck for barbeques and relaxing. The Ginger Thomas design includes open-air galleries that can be used for sleeping extra guests. Our screened windows and skylights allow fresh air and UV rays to naturally cleanse your villa. The space Shade trees, screened windows and ceiling fans keep the villa cool. Guests pick fresh fruit from outside the villa. The eco part allows our guests to recycle, compost, and conserve resources. We provide renewable resources to do our eco part - this includes solar/wind power, rain water, and trees to freshen the air. Ginger Thomas, one of eight vacation home villas on Northside Valley estate, dwells on the northwest end of St. Croix. Our homes harmoniously provide privacy as they allow for at least 40 feet of treed landscaping between each home. Northside Valley hosts lush landscaping, sea views, and rugged hiking trails. Stargaze at night, pick organic fruit by day, and stroll to nearby beaches whenever the mood strikes you. Ginger Thomas is a 2-bedroom, one and 1/2 bathroom ecohome. One bedroom holds a king-size bed that push apart into twins. The other has a queen-sized bed. Additional beds are available upon request and can be set up in the spacious living room. Our fond mispronunciation – ‘No Sad Valley’ – reflects the true nature of our estate. Escape to Simple Living to see how the Caribbean life-style combined with eco-friendliness makes your vacation relaxing and fulfilling. Guest access Wi-fi available in your ecohome. Fruit such as pineapples, avocados, and mangoes are available for your picking. A washing machine at the Big House can be borrowed for small loads of laundry.
