Welcome to Coastal Blue @ No 92. Refurbished in 2023 and perfect for couples, friends and small families. Lovely bright, clean and comfortable self contained space. Located on the 3rd floor of a Georgian Listed Building. Ideally situated minutes from North Bay Seafront, Open Air Theatre, Peasholm Park. South Bay and the town centre are just a 15 minute walk. The rear bedrooms overlook Scarborough Cricket Ground which makes the apartment ideal for cricket fans. The space Open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen for 4 people. You will find a fridge with ice box, cooker, hob, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Two seater sofa and 3 seater chaise sofa. Smart TV /DVD where you can log in to your own streaming accounts (but don’t forget to log out). BBC iPlayer is set up with a Coastal Blue account where you can watch live TV. Complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and sugar are provided. Both bedroom have comfy double beds (all bedding provided). There is plentiful hanging space and storage in both rooms. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided in the wardrobe. There are panel heaters located in the living room and both bedrooms. Instructions on how to use are on the heaters. There is also a tower fan which can be moved around as required. Newly fitted bathroom with walk-in electric shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail (towels and bathmat provided). Guest access We are located on the 3rd floor (NO LIFT) so Coastal Blue is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Self check - in. Key safe details will be sent prior to your arrival. Other things to note A welcome pack with lots of useful information is on the notice board in the kitchen. Please bear in mind that the building is mixed holiday and residential and guests are asked to be respectful of our neighbours. Parking - If you are intending to bring a car daily scratchcards will be provided for the duration of your stay for 1 car only. Parking is on street opposite the apartment. Expect to hear the seagulls.
