New and stylish studio in the south of Amsterdam, within walking distance of the popular neighborhood 'de Pijp' and only a few minutes travel distance from the center of Amsterdam and the Zuidas. Exhibition and conference center 'RAI' 350 meters away. Two bicycles can be used free of charge. The space Boutique Studio Amsterdam offers room for 2 people and is fully equipped for a pleasant stay during a business trip or city trip. The studio is located on the bottom floor of our house and is a self-contained accommodation of approx. 30m2 with its own entrance, so that guests are assured of total privacy. It is located on the first floor of the building and has large windows over the entire width. This makes it a pleasant, light space where it is nice to stay. The mix of style elements of the Amsterdam School and the modern interior with cheerful color accents immediately give you a feeling of coming home. The cozy living area is beautifully furnished with a comfortable modern 2-seater sofa, two coffee tables, flat screen smart TV and footstool. Free high speed WiFi is available throughout the studio and there are several USB connections. The pantry is part of the living area and is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer combination, espresso machine, milk frother, toaster, egg boiler and kettle. Crockery, cutlery and kitchen linen are provided and there is free coffee and tea. Preparing hot meals is not possible unfortunately. Directly adjacent to the living area is the bedroom with a king-size bed. The 'crispy' bedding made of 100% cotton gives you a wonderfully fresh feeling every time you get into bed! The spacious wall system offers the opportunity to store clothes, both lying and hanging. The compact bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom and is equipped with shower, toilet, small sink, mirror and hairdryer. The wonderfully soft towels and bathrobes made of 100% waffled cotton make it complete! Guest access Our guests enjoy total privacy in the studio, which is only accessible to them. It has its own entrance and there are no shared spaces. Other things to note Boutique Studio Amsterdam is a completely new studio located in the beautiful district 'Rivierenbuurt' in Amsterdam, part of the chic district 'Oud-Zuid'.
