Relax on the comfortable sofa while enjoying a movie on the smart TV or gather with loved ones for a memorable evening by the piano. The fully equipped kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiasts, featuring modern appliances, an electric stove, and plenty of counter space. Our house boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, walk-in closet, dresser, en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed, closet and dresser. There is a door to the second bathroom that can also be shared by using the second entrance in the bathroom. Please note there is no window in this bedroom. It is a modification made to accommodate the furnace. Bedroom #3 is set up like a private suite just through the back door and down a couple of steps outside. This room has a queen size bed, TV, sink, and dresser. The two bathrooms offer convenience and privacy, with a selection of fresh towels and essential toiletries provided for your convenience. The house also has a main living room with a queen sized sofa bed with Smart TV to watch your favorite streaming services, large spacious fully equipped kitchen, TV/family room with large sectional sofa for the whole family and another TV, adjacent to the family room you will find the dining area and bar. Bar has glasses for wine or your favorite cocktail and a dedicated coffee/tea bar area with all the essentials you will need. This house has lots of space and can easily accommodate up to 8 people. Step outside onto the inviting furnished back patio, where you'll find the bubbling warm water of the 6 person hot tub.
