The open kitchen is updated and full of light. You can relax in the plush living room upstairs or retreat to the basement living room and dedicated office space. Invite your student or whole family to unwind in the large and welcoming fenced backyard where you can grill and eat out under the stars. We can't wait to welcome you to Wooster! The space This is an entire home with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. There is an entry way seating area, coat and shoe rack and mudroom that leads into the backyard. The yard is fully fenced and has a charcoal grill, a large sectional couch and an outdoor table with chairs. Inside, the downstairs bedroom is on the middle level and adjoins with the half bath. This bedroom also has a door leading into the living room, dining room and kitchen. One level lower is the basement level living room, bar, dedicated office space and laundry room. The stairs to the upper level are in the living room. At the top of the stairs is the full bathroom and both the master bedroom and second guest bedroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house minus the outdoor shed and garage. For longterm stays, we can negotiate access to both of these spaces.
