Welcome to our modern apartment in a newly built block with an elevator in Lake Towers near the promenade and the city beach. The apartment is equipped with everything the soul desires. The perfect place for weekend getaways and longer stays. The apartment has its own parking space in front of the block. We look forward to your visit. The space The apartment comprises of open plan kitchen with diner and lounge area with smart telly that is connected to the wi fi internet so you can tune in with your Netflix faves or browse through youtube or just watch local telly. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, induction hob with cooker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, one touch coffee maker and all necessary kitchen and tableware. Two double bedrooms with wardrobes in each and a cabinet in one of them, very comfy foam mattresses. Modern style bathroom with toilet. Nice spacious bathtub with shower screen for both long soaking or quick rinse. Don’t put a bottle of champagne on the floor in the bathroom as you don’t want to drink it warm - there is underfloor heating there. A washer dryer for your convenience. A hair dryer with diffuser to get ready for a night out. An iron with board and clothes dryer to hang more delicate clothing. The balcony with a table and a set of chairs and a standing ashtray. There is a smoke alarm for your safety and to remind you that smoking inside is strictly forbidden. Check-in whenever you want as the apartment is fitted with a digital code-lock handle. Guest access Large new playground in front of the block. With a balcony on the side of the playground, you can keep an eye on your children's play with coffee 😀 Your own parking spot in front of the block allows you to save time looking for the right place to park. Other things to note Very close to supermarket Biedronka, Polo, a bakery, pharmacy. There is a nice sushi bar, Mexican restaurant and pizzeria round the corner. We can recommend very good gluten free/vegan home delivery service you can’t wait to order as its so delicious.
