Perfect spot for a weekend getaway with that special someone, human or pet :) The space This luxury suite is the lower unit of a townhome. Bed - King-sized with soft linens and plenty of pillows for a great night's rest. Bathroom - Large walk-in shower and all the essentials, including towels, hairdryer, paper products, and organic shampoo and soaps.  Living Room - Flat-screen TV and Roku device, cozy fireplace perfect for snuggling up on a chilly night.  Kitchenette - Dinette table with 2 chairs, fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and induction hot plate with all necessary cookware/utensils. Outdoor Space - Step outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh air from your private patio and Adirondack chairs. Take in a sunrise with your morning coffee or sip your evening wine with a stunning view of Lake Superior and surrounding woods.  *Main entrance has a spacious foyer. There is a 15-step stairway leading down to a separate secure door to your suite. Please note that the foyer is a shared area with the unit upstairs. The larger 6-person upper unit can be reserved by your party or separately by others. Highpoint at MyLutsen is also available for booking on Airbnb. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire lower suite. The main entrance to the suite is through a spacious foyer. Other things to note The suite has walkout access to the backyard. Enjoy the peaceful setting and lake views from your own Adirondack chairs and table. The 4% "community fee" added in the price is the "Lutsen, Tofte, Shroeder Lodging District" tax. It is our responsibility, as hosts, to collect this tax and remit it to Cook County. 100% of the cleaning fee is paid directly to our local cleaning crew. This cost is set to ensure our wonderful cleaners make a livable wage and can afford to live in the area.
