Typical and charming renovated Breton fisherman's house, quiet in a cul-de-sac. It is ideally located, close to the beach (250 m), shops and port (100 m). Life inside/outside this house is highly appreciated thanks to its enclosed garden, terrace and the green wall that surrounds it. It has a south-facing terrace where you can spend your summer evenings around the barbecue or other nice relaxing moment. Put down your suitcases and your car, and do everything on foot or by bike. Other things to note - Bed linen/towel kit rental (1 large + 1 small): €10 per person. (optional) - End-of-stay cleaning service: €60 to be paid at the start of the stay. (mandatory)
