Guest access During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the back deck, balcony, and the beach area with direct access to Lake Erie. You will be given a door code upon successful security deposit hold to allow you access to the home. Simply enter this code into the keypad on the door, and you'll be able to unlock and enter the property. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities and stunning views that our beach house has to offer. You will have access to the complimentary Wi-Fi and the Smart TVs provide access to logging into your favourite streaming apps, as well as cable tv for your entertainment. Other things to note Please make sure to complete these steps before your arrival date: Complete Point of Contact Form and Rental Agreement. Our Point of Contact Form allows for a smooth check-in process. You will be asked to upload a picture of a piece of government-issued photo ID and list the full names of all over-night guests, just like you would do for a hotel reservation. Our rental agreement is a way for us to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the rules and guidelines set forth for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved. In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you.
