Guest access During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the back deck, balcony, and the beach area with direct access to Lake Erie. To ensure your convenience and privacy, we will provide you with a personal code within 24 hours of your check-in. Simply enter this code into the keypad on the door, and you'll be able to unlock and enter the property. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities and stunning views that our beach house has to offer. Other things to note Please make sure to complete these steps before your arrival date. Our rental agreement is a way for us to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the rules and guidelines set forth for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved. In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you. To make your check-in process easier, we have an online check-in form and ask for a copy of your valid photo ID. This will need to be completed in order for your door access code to be generated.
