Great proximity for Alton Towers,Chatsworth,Dovedale, Matlock etc The space The bungalow has a modern yet cosy feel all on one level. Located in the town of Ashbourne, only a small distance from the Peak District. The central location is ideal for both leisure, sight seeing and commuting too. The living area is open plan with sofas coffee table, tv and dining tsble and chairs. The kitchen area has electric oven, hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. To the front is a huge parking area and at the rear an encolsed garden with patio area, access off a side entrance and also patio doors off rhr main bedroom. The main bedroom is a double bedroom, with bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers and tv, and the smaller compact second bedroom has a 3/4 bed, access only to one side with a small bedside and a wall unit for clothes. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, hand basin and towel radiator. Equipment available such as ironing board etc and all requests and extras can be enquired about by messaging beforehand.
