The 2 upstairs bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses. Bedroom 1 has a king and Bedroom 2 has a queen. Bedrooms are ensuite with full bathrooms and Amazon Firesticks with TV for streaming apps. Mega mountain views from private balconies in each bedroom. Another .5 bathrooms is located downstairs off of the living room.. Villa is situated overlooking the Tennis Villas community North pool and Hot-tub. Outdoor patio space with BBQ and large grass area. 24 hour gated security. During November/December enjoy the holidays in the Desert. During March/April Enjoy The BNP Tennis Tournament, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival or Stagecoach and then unwind in the pool/hotub or utilize the nearby Spa at La Quinta Resort, which is steps away. We are between the Resort's 26 Tennis Courts and 2 Golf Courses. Easy to walk to the resort's public facilities such as the spa, restaurants and shopping plaza. Guests DO HAVE ACCESS to book Golf Tee times at the Resort's 2 golf courses, book a Tennis court with the resort’s Tennis center, book treatments at the Resort's Spa, make dinner reservations at the Resort's 3 Restaurants and are allowed to enjoy the Resort's beautifully landscaped property and multiple stores for shopping. Guests do have access to the 2 tennis villa pools and hot tubs. However, because this Villa is privately owned and not managed by the Resort guests DO NOT HAVE ACCESS to the Resort's Main Pool, Fitness Center, Room Service and Daily House Keeping. Includes 2 outdoor parking spaces per reservation. PLEASE NOTE: Per the City of La Quinta laws, Hosts are required to collect and remit a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District Tax (TBID). This Tax is collected when you book and goes to the City of La Quinta for all stays under 28 days.
