This duplex villa is part of a small residence dominating the Kamala Bay and nestled in the middle of an exuberant nature. From the privacy of the pool deck, you will enjoy glorious sunsets over the Andaman Sea. The large living area, with a cozy TV sitting corner, dining area and fully equipped American kitchen opens fully onto the shaded outdoor space with sunbeds. The villa combines contemporary design with wood furnishings, providing a perfect blend of modern luxury and natural touch. The space The mini pool with jacuzzi features is the ideal stop after a hot day spent on the beach. The terrace is shaded by a semi-transparent cover, protecting you from any possible shower without blocking the sunlight, ensuring you make the most of your time outside. The two bedrooms are on the lower floor. They have their own bathrooms and feature 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size bed. The villa has been optimised with all the extra touches that will make your holidays very comfortable. Let's mention the washing machine, 2 smart TVs and a WIFI service that lets you work remotely if you wish so. Covered parking in front of the villa is available. Guest access The villa is 100% yours. The pool is private. There is a gated car-park. Other things to note Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and light-speed WIFI are also included. Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the villa (1,200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 170 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 250 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
