Local police may ticket...especially in winter-time because of snowplows. Quiet Hours: - No fires past 10:30pm at fire pit in back yard. ALL GUEST AND PETS MUST BE REGISTERED. Maxium guest at home is 10 guest per Planning Board &  Zoning Officer City of Canandaigua. NO OUTDOOR GATHERINGS OR PARTYS PER RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD CONDITION IN R2 ZONE. Pet policy: We are a pet friendly home... If you have Pets please make sure they are a part of your reservation so Pet Fee's is accurately charged and pet is a registered guest. Policies & procedures are accurately shown and displayed to you... Due to new carpets, beds, and furniture we ask that you: - Do not allow Pets on beds or furniture to keep that new look and smell nice for the next guests after you. - Any unattended pets should be in cages/crate at all times if you exit home and leave them behind unattended. - Please pick up all Pet droppings in yard prior to checking out.  Please bring & use your own towels to wipe pets feet upon entry during rainy/muddy season.
