You can discover Rouen's most iconic monuments just a few minutes' walk away, while enjoying an apartment in a quiet courtyard, not overlooked, with a direct view of the Saint Nicaise Church, which has now become a Brasserie. The space Very recently renovated, this beautiful apartment will allow you to have an unforgettable stay close to all amenities. You will have many amenities that will make your stay particularly comfortable whether it is for a few days or a few weeks. Our apartment can accommodate 4 people, consists of 3 rooms: - An entrance, in which there is storage for your belongings. - Bathroom with toilet including shower, but also towel dryer. Towels, washcloths, as well as body and hair soap are also available for greater comfort. - A fitted kitchen open to the living room, with an induction stove, a refrigerator, as well as a microwave, kettle, coffee machine... - A living room with a TV with several channels, a sofa bed for two people. - A beautiful room with a large dressing room and a desk area. Each of these rooms has blackout curtains allowing you not to be disturbed by daylight. The apartment is located in the courtyard, with stunning views of the Church of Saint Nicaise, you can spend a quiet night without any nuisance. You will have at your disposal: bed and bath linen, dishes, cooking utensils, first aid kit, soaps... Parking is paid throughout the street, however there is a free parking lot located near the Boulingrin metro station, a 2-minute walk away, but also relay parking lots that can be used with public transportation. The location of this accommodation will allow you to visit Rouen very easily, and its monuments, while remaining calm. A Brasserie opens during certain times of the year, especially in summer, within walking distance of the apartment. You will be able to have a drink (or two) in an old church while enjoying its spectacular architecture! Finally, out of respect for all residents, parties or festive events are not allowed in this apartment. In case of difficulty, we reserve the right to terminate your stay, and to draw any possible financial consequences. Guest access The entire property is reserved for you so you can make the most of your stay. Access is autonomous with a key box. Other things to note Desired check-in from 2 p.m. Desired check-out no later than 11 a.m. Check-in and check-out can be flexible provided they are arranged in advance. In order for you to have a good stay, you will be asked to communicate your arrival times. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival. If additional guests not included in your original reservation stay in the accommodation, an additional €100 per person per night will be deducted from your security deposit.
