Cozy Boathouse On the Water

Whether you choose to have a cup of coffee, a mug of hot cocoa, or a nice glass of wine, you're sure to feel refreshed after a relaxing stay in the serene wilderness. The space The boathouse is located adjacent to the main house on an 18-acre property out in the country. Surrounded by woods directly accessed from a main road (PA-973), we are very secluded yet only 12 minutes from the heart of Williamsport, Pa. The boathouse is a stand-alone guest house beside the main house where my family of four resides. The driveway and the grounds are shared, but the guesthouse is private with a private entrance. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire guest house (3-story, 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and 2 half bathroom). Other things to note The property has a well. Please use the reverse osmosis water from the kitchen sink (small metal faucet on the right side of the sink) for all cooking and drinking water.
