Seagrape Villa on Water Island

Windswept Villa is a semi-attached condo situated on peaceful Water Island, USVI. This oceanfront property boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a beautiful cliffside setting. It offers an excellent opportunity for those who want to relax and escape civilization's hustle and bustle. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from each balcony. Take a dip in the shared pool or take a short golf cart ride to Honeymoon Beach (golf cart included). Additional space is available upon request. The space The first level of the property features a nicely furnished living room, kitchen, and a bathroom equipped with a shower. We have also provided a basket with some basic cleaning items, reef-safe sunscreen, and bug spray to make your stay more comfortable. Moving up to the second floor, you will find two comfortable king bedrooms with balconies and a bathroom with a shower. Each bathroom is well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel for your convenience. One of the king beds can be converted into two twins upon request. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available on the second floor. The outdoor space features a spacious sitting area and a dining table with four chairs for your relaxation and enjoyment. Guest access The outdoor patio areas and the pool are shared among the five villas located on the property. Windswept Villa is connected to another beautiful vacation rental known as Seabreeze Villa, which is also a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa. The two villas have a connecting door in the living areas, which can be unlocked to accommodate more guests if needed. Renting both villas together can accommodate up to 8 people. However, if rented separately, the door between the villas will remain locked. Furthermore, each villa comes with a parking spot and a golf cart. Other things to note Water Island is a beautiful destination in the US Virgin Islands that does not require a passport. To get there, you need to fly into Cyril King Airport (STT) and take a short ferry ride from St. Thomas. The Water Island Ferry operates daily from 8 am to 6 pm and departs St. Thomas on the hour. It takes just 10 minutes to reach Water Island, and the ferry returns to St. Thomas at 15 minutes past the hour. The roundtrip cost for adults is $15, and for children, it is $10, with an additional cost of $2 per suitcase. If you plan to take a day trip by ferry or charter to the British Virgin Islands, you will need a passport. As Water Island is a small community with only a few dining options, you may want to consider bringing groceries and cooking in-house unless you plan to take the ferry over to St. Thomas. We can do your grocery shopping and delivery for an extra fee. Taxis on St. Thomas can be expensive, so if you plan to venture out often, you may want to consider renting a car.
