Perfect place if you want to experience a stay in a traditional Gozitan Farmhouse B&B with a boutique style flair. You have your own private bedroom + ensuite on the 1st floor + private balcony overlooking the pool, AC with no coin system. The house has the traditional Gozitan limestone, high arched ceilings and the typical colourful Maltese floor tiles. A very short walk away from Xaghra's quaint village square + restaurants, bars & other amenities. Has a work desk, free fast wifi. The space You booked the Ggantija Room which is a large bedroom ensuite + 2 single beds. On request, the single beds can be made up as 1 large king size bed. The lockable bedroom is located upstairs on the first floor and has a large private sunny terrace in front. Has an AC that also functions as a heater during the winter months. The bedroom is based in a large traditional 3 bedroomed Gozitan House of Character B&B which I refurbished in a modern & comfortable homely way + a touch of boutique style. It's very spacious, private & tranquil so ideal for a total relaxing time. It has very much a home from home feeling. Guest access The balcony has a wash line with pegs for hanging wet towels or swimwear. When we have guests, we don't use the upstairs terrace and we only occasionally use the pool when you are out in the evening. For real sun seekers, you can sunbathe on the loungers on the top roof terrace or relax in the sun on a sofa chair. Its accessible by a spiral staircase you enter from the large upstairs terrace near the bedrooms The House has 3 bedrooms of which the downstairs bedroom, bathroom and living room is used by us. You can use the Coffee Dock for making tea and coffee or grab a glass for wine any time We will have a dedicated shelf in the fridge for you for drinks and breakfast. During your stay We are staying at the house in the ground floor bedroom. Other things to note I have an MTA approved rental accommodation licence number HF/G/0291 We don't mind you bring along a small pet and we have an extra charge for that per stay not per day.
