The space Our apartment is spacious, modern and fully prepared to offer comfort and practicality during your stay in Pipa. We have 2 bedrooms, as follows: Master suite with king size bed, air conditioning, Smart TV and a designed wardrobe. Second bedroom with 3 box beds (one of which is a double bed) and also air conditioning. For your convenience, we offer a sofa bed in the living room, a double inflatable mattress and hammocks. The living room is spacious and cozy, equipped with a Smart TV, fans and high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a microwave, air fryer, stove, washing machine, complete utens, dishes, cutlery and cookware sets — all brand new to make your stay easier. We also offer bed and bath sets and a compact barbecue in the outdoor area, perfect for a family moment. The condominium is one of the largest leisure complexes in the region, with swimming pools for all ages, a jacuzzi, sauna, courts and playground. Our great differential is the natural “backyard”: Chapadão and Praia do Amor, two of Pipa's main postcards. And best of all — we're on the main avenue, with easy access to downtown, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, and more. In addition, we partner with accredited tour companies, ensuring a complete and safe experience. Guest access Guests have access to the entire leisure and social structure of the condominium, which is simply charming! Our apartment is carefully maintained and sanitized, with new bed and bath linens, regular pest control, and mosquito nets installed for your comfort. We accommodate 7 to 8 people, including adults, children and babies. The master suite has room for a crib (brought by the guest). The apartment has a private entrance and gas heating in the showers, ensuring even more practicality during your stay. Your small pet is welcome, as long as the current condominium rules are respected. To maintain the comfort and conservation of the space, we kindly ask: No smoking inside the apartment; Do not hang clothes on the balcony, using the space indicated for this; Respect the booklet of rules available inside the apartment, which contains simple and important guidelines on the use of the property and common areas. We also have a fire extinguisher and smoke detector located in the external corridor, next to the living room door.
