This large house is brand new, modern and spacious. There is a balcony on each of three floors, from which there are stunning and uninterupted views of the town and the mountains beyond. The accommodation includes a 5 large bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The living area is spacious and has a sofa bed, so the house will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people The house has a private balcony on each floors and there is free parking outside. Guests have use of the garden and can help themselves to the vegetables that we grow on our land. There is also an outdoor seating area with a brick built barbeque for guests to enjoy. You can contact us via telephone, text or email, but most of the time we will be at our home, which is just next door, so staying in contact with us is easy! The house was built in 2023 and is next to our old familiy home; a 150 year old traditional timber building, which is typical of the houses that were orginally built within the village. The house, which is within its own setting on the side of the mountain, is very quiet and peaceful allowing you to relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the mountains. The house is located in NUT TREE GARDEN with wonderfull wiev. There is free parkig place for four cars. We are just 55 minutes drive from Trabzon airport (71 km) and 1 hour 15 minutes drive to Rize airport (90km) Uzungol (long lake) is only 20 minutes away and the surrounding mountains provide superb walking and hiking opportunites Nearby Trabzon is a bustling and vibrant city with much to see and do. Caykara (which is just 15 miuntes walk down the hill) has a range of local facilities including shops and restaurants.
