Let me guide you through the wonderful features of our cozy retreat: 1.) Outdoor Delights: Start your day on the wraparound front porch, where you can savor a cup of coffee while nestled in our comfortable captain's chairs or unwind in a relaxing hammock, soaking in the soothing rays of the sunrise. 2.) Comfortable Living Room: Step inside to discover a spacious living room adorned with modern comforts. Enjoy entertainment on the 65" smart TV equipped with Roku and a quality sound system. Plush couches provide ample seating and can be transformed into additional sleeping spaces. We have also thoughtfully tucked away a beautiful single murphy bed in a private nook for your convenience, now with added privacy curtain. 3.) Kitchen Essentials: Our well-stocked kitchen ensures you have everything you need, including: - Pots and pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, and cutlery - Utensils, plates, bowls, and knives - Glasses, coffee mugs, and wine glasses - Cooking spray and some added spices - Induction cooktop with double oven - Coffee area complete with a drip machine, coffee bean grinder, and kettle - Complimentary coffee beans, filters, mugs, tea, creamer, and sugar - We provide dish soap, a sponge, 4 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper towels, and 2 trash bags for your convenience. 4.) Inviting Outdoor Dining: Indulge in open-air dining on the back porch, featuring a beautiful and spacious table with seating for eight. The fenced-in backyard offers a fire pit, chairs, and the opportunity for open fire cooking, creating a delightful ambiance for memorable gatherings. Enjoy the electric grill for a memorable cookout experience. 5.) Convenient Laundry Room: Our laundry room is available for guest use. We provide 2 laundry pods and reusable wool dryer balls. Beach towels are located on the laundry room shelf above the washer. 6.) Relaxing Bathrooms: Each bathroom is stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. You'll also find hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and two mini soap bars in each bathroom. There are two standing showers and a garden tub. For guests with infants, a baby bath tub is available under the master bedroom sink. 7.) Comfortable Sleeping Spaces: - Master Bedroom: Retreat to the private ensuite with a garden tub, a king bed, a luggage rack, and a full-length mirror. - Front Bedroom: Enjoy the picturesque water view from the queen bed, with closet access, hangers, a luggage rack, and a full-length mirror for added convenience. - Bunk Bedroom: Perfect for families with kids, this room offers two twin-sized bunk beds, and a wall-mounted 43" smart TV with Roku. An assortment of board games and books are available on the shelves. 8.) Captivating Dock: Immerse yourself in the serene surroundings of our two-story dock. Two porch swings offer the perfect location to watch the sunset with a cold drink. The upper deck has ample space for six yoga mats (provided inside) to practice yoga in a private waterfront setting. Take advantage of the dock's amenities, including swimming, life jackets, porch swings, a floating spike ball game, bench seating, and awesome paddle boarding. 9.) Extra Sleeping Arrangements: Upon prior request, we offer a queen-sized air mattress and a child's pack-n-play crib. Kindly note that guests using either the air mattress or pack-n-play crib will be responsible for washing the provided sheets before checkout with the provided laundry soap. 10.) Pet Friendly: Well-behaved Pets are welcome, but a non-refundable additional $150 fee is required for thorough professional cleaning. It is very important to notify us in advance if you are bringing Pets and you MUST include them in your Airbnb booking. Unauthorized pets may result in a reservation cancellation. As much as we love Pets, any damages caused by your furry companion will be your responsibility. Any necessary repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly. Guests are responsible for picking up their pet waste from the yard. Guest access You will have complete access to the entire house, including the private dock, driveway, yard, and all patio areas. However, please note that the garage is not available for guest use. Other things to note 1.) Parking: There is ample parking space available on the premises for up to four vehicles. 2.) Home Accessibility: Please note that our home is built on stilts, which means there are a few steps leading up to the entrance. Guests must be able to ascend these front steps comfortably. We recommend considering this if you have any mobility concerns or difficulty with stairs. 3.) *Dock Safety: Please note that our property features a 450ft dock extending into the water. While it offers breathtaking views and a unique experience, it is important to be mindful of safety precautions, as the dock does not have railings. We want to ensure that all our guests have a safe and enjoyable stay. Therefore, we do require shoes to be worn while walking on the dock and we kindly request that you exercise caution when walking on the dock, especially if you have children. We recommend supervising children at all times and avoiding any risky behavior such as running or jumping on or off the dock. When navigating the dock after dark, we require proper footwear and recommend using and flashlights or headlamps to ensure proper visibility. * By booking our property, you acknowledge and accept the responsibility for your own safety and the safety of your fellow guests while on the dock and 2-story deck.
