Our 475 sq ft studio apartment space offers high speed fiber internet, separate entrance, kitchenette and full bathroom. There are stairs to access the apartment. (Separate laundry unit access is available upon request) Queen bed, floor twin size mattress, full size air mattress and futon couch are also available sleeping options. Heat and A/C unit with own thermostat. Kitchenette includes Keurig coffee maker with pods, toaster oven, microwave, induction cook top with cooking pot, spices, basic utensils, wine glasses and bottle opener. *The stair entrance will be shared with other guests in their own apartment. *The main house is our home, and we live there year-round. If you see us outside on the porch or playing in the yard you are welcome to stop and say hi! We are a family that enjoys hosting guests from all over.
