Large and cozy beach house 300 meters walk from the beach and 700 meters walk from the boardwalk. Located in a very quiet neighborhood less than 1 km from several shops/grocery stores and places to eat. It has spacious rooms with A/C, a full kitchen, wifi, TV (Roku), a large pool (private), a palapa, a beach sports area, a barbecue area, a terrace, and ocean views. The interaction is direct with me and with trusted staff who live a few meters from the property.
