Located in the gorgeous mountains with easy access to Downtown Asheville, the River Arts District, Biltmore Estate, wedding venues or waterfall hikes in nearby forests. Tons of shopping and antiquing are within reach at this super tidy vacation rental! The space Open concept foyer, living, dining and kitchen with tons of natural light and indoor fireplace to keep cozy during cold months! Home has a split floor plan with the primary bedroom/bathroom on one side and beds 2 & 3 on the other side along with a bathroom. Whole house water filtration system. The deck is right off of the dining area with patio chairs and bistro table. Mountain views can be seen during fall and winter when the leaves have fallen. A spacious laundry room is right off of the kitchen with an iron and full sized ironing board. Each bedroom has a luggage rack in the closet and loads of space under the beds to hide suitcases. Clothes hangers are also provided as well as starter dish detergent, laundry detergent, bath products & towels. Noise machines are in each bedroom and a supply of ear plugs in the pantry for light sleepers. See QR Code at the end of the pics to access House Manual.
