At our accommodation, you can find tranquility and a fantastic atmosphere to enjoy spending time with family or friends, whether it's just for grilling meat and relaxing or celebrating that special someone's birthday. It's a Mexican colonial-style, contemporary house with a palapa area, a private pool, and a private jacuzzi. The space The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The outdoor kitchen is very versatile, so you can make a delicious breakfast or a delicious carne asada in the afternoon without having to carry food long distances. The pool and jacuzzi are at ambient temperature and for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. Due to the layout of the areas, you can cook, socialize, keep an eye on the children in the jacuzzi no more than 5 or 6 meters away, and enjoy the moment. The house is located in the upper area of La Presa and has fantastic views. It also has access to the 400-meter jogging track with a playground just a few meters from the house. Guest access To protect the health and safety of guests, we can only accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. It has a very comfortable Palapa with a bar, green areas, an outdoor kitchen with gas and charcoal burners for excellent grilled meat. A Kiosk to enjoy some quiet time or to enjoy a good read. Use of the air conditioning system for the pool and jacuzzi🌡 can be arranged at an extra cost of $600 for 8 hours of use for the jacuzzi, which reaches 40°C (104°F), and $1,500 for Pool 1, which holds 17,000 liters (4.5 gallons), measures 5.3 x 4 meters (17 x 13 feet), and is 1.10 meters (3.6 feet) deep. In spring and summer, it can reach a temperature of between 30 and 33°C (86–91°F). For Pool 2, which holds 40,000 liters, measures 5.3 x 6 meters, and has a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.50 meters, please check with the host regarding the cost and possible temperatures depending on the season.
