An imposing mountains backdrop dominates the villa grounds with rich Mediterranean vegetation, olive grove, fruits, and vegetable gardens. The whole area is secluded providing you with complete privacy. Guests have the option to book all units for ultimate privatization or rent separate units. This villa is close to numerous sandy and pebble beaches, kitesurfing clubs, national parks, hiking trails, and tourist attractions. The towns of Budva and Kotor are a 30-90 minute drive away while Airports Podgorica (40 minutes) and Tivat (60 minutes) provide quick arrival. This unit is a rental within the Talići Hill complex. The pool and spacious garden are shared between 4 different rental units with a maximum of 18 guests total. Both rooms are on the second-floor loft area, accessible by stairs, and are connected by a hallway. The first room includes a king bed, a skylight window, and one side window with a garden view. The second room has three single beds, two sky loft windows, and two side windows with mountain views. A bathroom with a spacious shower is located in the hallway. All rooms come with handmade wooden furniture, tile floors and stone walls, TV and WiFi, air conditioning, a wardrobe, linens, towels, and a work desk. Room cleaning is done every day or as needed. A kitchenette with a fridge, tea kettle, and coffee maker is included.
