Hi, my name is Jan, I work as a photographer and I would like to introduce you Gentleman's Apartment, studio located close to the historical center of Brno (about 2 min by tram). Studio is perfect for one or two budget travelers for a short term stay in Brno. There is a bedroom, kichen and also a private bathroom. There is wifi and also TV with Netflix access. I made the design of the flat myself and also the decorations are handmade. I hope you gonna like it! The space Flat is perfect for two budget travelers. There's a private bathroom with a shower, toilet and a small sink. There will be clean towels prepared for you, shampoo, soap, hair dryer and also other necessities you may need. In the studio is also an equipped kitchen corner with a refrigerator, stove and an electric kettle. Please don't hesitate to make yourself a nice cup of tea, coffee from the kitchen stock. You can park your car in a free parking area approximately 30 meters from the building. There is also a tram stop "Tkalcovská" just before the building entrance (lines 2, 4 and 11). We've tried to make a nice and cozy place where you can relax and have a time to think or read while your stay in Brno. I sincerely hope you gonna enjoy your stay in our Studio. Guest access Studio offers a self-check in service in the building. The code to the security box will be sent to you at the day of your check in. Other things to note Before we provide you with the access details to the flat, you will be required to complete your personal information and upload a copy of an ID. The local accommodation tax for each guest must be paid.
