Come and relax in this peaceful and stylish “Lakefront Retreat” with a large backyard and a beautiful lake surrounded by the calming sounds of nature. Fishing, kayaking, and paddle boats are provided at no extra cost. Kick back and enjoy a sports game or movie on the big screen in the theater room equipped with snacks, games and popcorn machine. Relax in portable sauna with aromatherapy. Close to shopping, restaurants and AMC movie theater. This space has something for everyone. The space The “Lakefront Retreat” is nestled in an upscale and peaceful neighborhood. Set apart from the noise of the world but close to all shopping and entertainment needs, we designed this space with luxury and hospitality in mind. It is located in a private home on the lower level and has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a fully stocked theater room, a lounge area, a living area, and a bar area. It has all the essentials of a home with the amenities of a luxury hotel. Hi-speed Wi-Fi, microwave, air fryer, crockpot, four burner warmers, cookware, silverware, glassware, Keurig coffee machine, small refrigerator, TV with Roku( equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, prime, etc.) are available for your use. Yoga Mats, portable 1-person sauna is available upon request. Fishing poles( bait not included), 5-person paddle boat, kayaks, paddle board, life jackets are included. Please be mindful that participating in any water activity is at your own risk and we do not accept any liability. There is a well lit pergola in the backyard with a cozy fire pit. Designated parking for 2 cars is available in the driveway. There is no parking allowed at all on the street. There is no laundry access on site but there is laundry service close by. Guest access You will have full access to the lower level with a separate entrance. You will not have access to the main house. You will have full access to the backyard, pergola sitting area, the dock and lake. The upstairs patio is off limits unless otherwise requested and approved in advance. Other things to note The “Lakefront Retreat” is our private home and we will respect your time and space as we require the same. We want you to be able to capture the beauty of this tranquil space and enjoy your stay. There is a noise ordinance and no loud noises after 12:00am. Also, it is important to note that there will be no parties at this location. If you have more than six guests at one time without written, expressed approval from the host, it will be considered a party. You will be evicted immediately without refund and may be charged additional fees. Please note that smoking is prohibited inside, no exceptions. If you are sensitive to fragrances , please let us know in advance as we use plug in throughout the space. In addition, water sport equipment is available upon request.
