A terrace to the east, on the pond, perfect for breakfast and shaded in the evening. A real favorite. The space Bright and comfortable, this is an artist's house that I offer you. On a beautiful plot with a pond, you can relax and visit the region from Paimpol to Trégastel. There are three bedrooms, one with two single beds or combined into a double bed and two bedrooms with double beds. A bathroom with toilet on the ground floor communicating with a bedroom. A separate bathroom and toilet upstairs. A high chair and umbrella bed are also available. The very well-equipped kitchen opens to the living room. In the veranda-office, another bright living room overlooks the terrace to the south. The whole place is very nice and spacious. Ideal place for holidays with these two large terraces: one to the east and one to the south as well as a smaller one to the west. A little plus, two red hens in their henhouse who like visits, grains and give eggs! Outdoor tables, sun loungers, parasols, a small boat, complete the set, and small quiet corners all around the pond. The house is between the sea and the countryside on a plot of 3500 m2. Parking in the courtyard. A small non-adjoining outbuilding (with a bedroom) is also for rent, each being at home, for the garden as well. - Check-in: 3 p.m. and check-out 10 a.m. - Location: The house is 10 minutes by car from Lannion, Perros-Guirec and the sea, and 15 minutes from Port Blanc and Tréguier. - Rental: Weekly or biweekly, contact me, I can free up additional dates during the summer. This is my own house, I am an artist and I sometimes move in the summer. - Equipment: Gas stove with hood, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, toaster, Italian coffee machine and piston, bread machine, fryer, juice extractor. Ironing board and iron. Washing machine (in the garage). - Distance to shops by car: Bakery and supermarket 5 minutes away. Intermarché, pharmacy and shopping area 8 minutes away. - I don't have an internet box because there is no fiber yet for my provider and the box doesn't give a better connection than the phone. Guest access The whole house is available except the mezzanine and an upstairs room that is closed. Other things to note As stated in the ad, there is a pond that requires vigilance and supervision, especially for children.
