This elegant and luxurious apartment is located in a strategic position and perfectly served by any means of transport (M1, M2, M3 and M5 metro lines, tram, buses, trains, airport shuttles for all airports, taxi rank) while at the same time looking out onto a typical Milanese courtyard which guarantees absolute quiet The space ⭐️ The apartment, refined in every detail and very bright, is located on the first floor of an elegant building in a typical Milanese courtyard where you can live the classic Milanese experience ⭐️ The cozy living area is an open space with a large glass door that divides the kitchen from the living room with a double sofa bed and a modern dining table ⭐️ The open kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities (utensils and crockery, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso® coffee machine with Nespresso/Bourbon capsules, kettle with assorted tea and herbal tea bags) ⭐️ Elegant balcony is surrounded by greenery with facing inwards which guarantees silence for your rest ⭐️ In the stylish bathroom you can find a very large shower cabin, bathroom fixtures, washing machine, hairdryer, courtesy kit and soft towel set ⭐️ The big double bedroom with ceiling chromotherapy and wall-mounted television is equipped with a comfortable Queen Size bed, perfect for quality rest after a long day in Milan of shopping, tourism or work ⭐️ The house is equipped with an elegant honey-colored parquet floor and new PVC fixtures completely insulating from any noise.
