A converted brick and flint outbuilding

Small, but perfectly formed, our architect designed converted brick and flint outbuilding is set in a lovely garden with views across fields. Located in the peaceful village of Wiveton, within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Outbuilding is less than a mile from Blakeney and the North Norfolk coast. With a mid-century aesthetic, The Outbuilding is a beautiful place for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the lovely North Norfolk countryside. Follow us on IG @ the_outbuilding The space Recently converted, The Outbuilding is a small but beautifully designed space for two guests. It has an oak floored sitting room/kitchen with a sofa, dining table and chairs. The kitchen area has a dishwasher, combination oven and microwave and fridge with small freezer; it has everything you need for your stay. There is also a wall-mounted Smart TV with free Wi-Fi. The bedroom has a king-size bed with built-in side tables and BTC wall lights. There is a small Roberts radio with Bluetooth for you to connect your own device/s. The window looks out over the garden. The bed is very comfortable but be aware there is limited space on either side of the bed (about a foot each side). There is room to store suitcases under the bed and a large cupboard under the television for you to keep your clothes etc. The shower room, with its vintage Danish ceramic wall lights and blue rubber floor, has a hand basin, heated towel rail and a large built-in shower featuring handmade, yellow Moroccan Zellige tiles. There are glass shelves for you to put your products. All linen and towels are provided. There is underfloor heating in every room. There is a garden table and chairs on the deck for outdoor dining, a pair of comfortable loungers, a small herb garden and a lawn with surrounding beds. Be aware that the deck can be slippery when wet. The property is non-smoking and is not suitable for pets or children. In converting the building, we have respected its history and situation. Be aware that the total space for The Outbuilding is 24 square metres. We had limited space to work with but we think it is small but perfectly formed! Guest access Set in the large rear garden of the main house, Sunny Corner, access to the Outbuilding is along a York stone and brick path and larch decking ramp and steps through a gated fence which opens onto a private deck with beautiful views across the fields. You will have your own area of garden but are welcome to use the larger garden as well. Other things to note Please be aware that this is a small conversion but it has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. There is no terrestrial tv in the property, however you can access all your usual streaming channels as long as you have your user names and passwords at hand.
