Porch & Pine is not one of them. From the moment you arrive, the wide covered porch pulls you in — morning coffee, evening wine, the sound of the trees. Step inside and the feeling continues: rich hardwood floors, white shaker cabinets, butcher block counters, and a kitchen that actually invites you to cook. The open layout flows easily from the kitchen island to the dining table to the living room, making it the kind of space that fits a couple's quiet weekend just as naturally as a small group gathering. After dark, the magic shifts outside. Solar-lit stone pavers and a private patio seating area make the backyard feel like its own world — unhurried, tucked in, exactly what Western NC is supposed to feel like. Asheville's restaurants, breweries, and art galleries are just minutes away, but you may find yourself choosing the porch instead. THE SPACE The home has been thoughtfully updated throughout — no dated finishes, no guesswork. The primary bedroom features a reclaimed wood headboard, linen bedding, and a spa-clean en suite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and round gold-framed mirror. Industrial-modern shelving and warm textiles throughout give every room a collected, intentional feel. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for a real meal — gas range, stainless appliances, a coffee station, and plenty of prep space. The dining area seats six comfortably, and the covered porch extends your living space into the open air any time of year.
