Spacious 4 bed house with great transport links

Welcome to our family home! We think it is a great place to stay because… - the house is comfortable and has all you need to entertain or relax - we are close to a busy high street with lots of shops and cafes just minutes away - we have great transport links for exploring London, with 3 tube stations, an overground station and plenty of bus routes in walking distance We have 4 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms (1 en-suite), a private garden, a well equipped kitchen and lots of living space. The space GROUND FLOOR: A large, open-plan space which joins a living area, kitchen and dining area and leads out to the garden. - bright, spacious dining area which can comfortably seat 8 but can also squeeze a couple more! Large windows, high ceiling and a (non-functional) fireplace. - well equipped kitchen with almost everything you could need for cooking and entertaining! An induction hob, oven/grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, Magimix, air fryer, rice cooker... plenty of plates, serving dishes, pots and pans, children’s tableware... a full sized fridge and a smaller freezer... sink with waste disposal, a dishwasher... you’re welcome to help yourself to our large selection of spices, oils and condiments. If there is any ingredient you can’t find in our kitchen you will probably find it easily in the nearby shops and markets! - sofa area at the back, with television and Netflix. This leads via a large bifolding door into the garden. This has artificial grass so you don’t need to worry about getting muddy, and there is a football goal for practise. There is an outdoor seating area to enjoy warmer weather, as well as a gas BBQ and coal BBQ. - also downstairs is a separate WC LANDING - small office room with desk. FIRST FLOOR - a very large, bright, comfortable living room containing two sofas and an arm chair. Great for reading, relaxing or watching TV. There are tonnes of of games, puzzles and books to make use of too. - a lovely family bathroom with a rolltop clawed bathtub and a large walk-in shower. This is another light room with a beautiful fireplace. - a separate laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. SECOND FLOOR - a bedroom containing a single bed. This room has some children's games and toys too. - a bedroom with a king sized bed. - a bedroom with a raised cabin bed. Below is a desk and an armchair that can convert into a child-friendly single bed. The cabin bed is most suitable for children. THIRD FLOOR - large, newly converted loft bedroom with super king sized bed. This room is airy and light, and contains a tv with Netflix - large en suite bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower Other things to note This is our family home so we keep some cupboards for our clothes and personal items. However, every bedroom has dedicated shelves and hanging space for you to use during your stay.
