Newly renovated suite with a beautiful view of Panama Flats Park and the surrounding hills. Suitable for two people, but could accommodate third person (sofa bed in the living room area). Parking space for two cars. Other things to note We are family of five with two toddlers. We hope you don't mind little steps. The suite has its own private access and it has been extensively sound insulated. We noted occasional silver fish in the upper part of the house. We assume there might be some downstairs as well. Please note that in the humid West Coast environment, silver fish is common harmless insect found especially in older houses.
