The space This modern apartment is equipped with more comforts than you need. Air conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating that makes this home one of the gems of La Casita for the winter, a large open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer and even a wine climate cabinet! Of course there is a WiFi connection. There are windows and doors all around, giving you a lot of light inside. This home is part of a detached building with only 2 apartments of 120m2 each. We live in one of the two luxury apartments. Together they are located on a private property of about 3000m2. Around each house are several private terraces so that there is always a shade or sun spot somewhere. If that isn't enough, there is a huge lawn of 1000m2, with playground so that children can enjoy themselves to their heart's content. Palm trees and plants create a tropical atmosphere. Suitable for families of 2 to 6 people If you are two and you love space and comfort, then you will have a great time here. There are 2 full, spacious bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms with shower. On the loft above the living room there are 2 extra beds so that there is a total of up to 6 people. A baby cot can be added upon request if you indicate this when booking. Space If you are fond of more privacy and just a little more space during your vacation for yourself and you still want your children to have friends to play with, then this 6-10 person home is really for you. The surface area of the house is about 85m2 on the ground floor with a loft of about 35m2. The facilities such as the playground, swimming pool and restaurant are located at the main building about 75m from your home. Both from the living room and the 2 bedrooms, you can access a large terrace of about 75m2 that is located around the house via French doors. The living room is equipped with an extensive package of transmitters from all over the world. Of course, the house has internet via WiFi. Playground A playground with climbing frame, jeu de boule, table tennis, volleyball and badminton means that there is something to do for both young and older children here. There are toys, even children's bicycles and board games, and for the little ones there is a separate children's pool of about 25cm deep. Around La Granja de Antonio, there is plenty of space where children can enjoy themselves to their heart's content and without danger. The swimming pool is fenced so that small children can walk around safely without the risk of falling into the water. Lounge garden La Granja de Antonio features a heated swimming pool and a large lovely lounge garden. At the warmest of the day, you can enjoy a cool sip of wine in peace and shade, while in the evening you can talk about the active day behind you until the wee hours. Still have energy left? Then play a game of pétanque, badminton, ping-pong or volleyball together or with other guests. We have all the facilities for it! Peace and a personal approach La Granja de Antonio is a small-scale holiday park with only 14 holiday homes, enough for the children to make friends and to keep the peace for yourself. The park has the design of a characteristic southern Spanish ranch due to the typical architectural style and whitewashed walls. Here there is peace and the Andalusian country life is pristine. Sunny days, clear nights and beautiful rural views. A paradise just 30 minutes from Malaga Airport! The managers speak Dutch, English, German and Spanish, so you can discuss all your wishes in your own language. Child friendly The house has a playground with slides, swings and other play equipment. Jacuzzi A large outdoor Jacuzzi can be used at an additional cost. This can be arranged on site or in advance. Guest access You have a spacious house and a large garden with 1000m2 of grass where children can enjoy themselves to their heart's content. In the garden, there are 4 Jacuzzis. If you want to use a Jacuzzi, you can indicate this before or upon arrival. We charge a surcharge for the use of the Jacuzzi. Please note that if you do not book the Jacuzzi in advance, it will take at least a day to get it ready for you. On the adjacent property is a swimming pool that is heated in winter, a 2nd playground and a restaurant. Other things to note This is where your vacation becomes truly comfortable! This house is located on a small-scale holiday park. You can use the restaurant there. In addition, you have a large Jacuzzi in front of your home. The house is built to modern standards with large windows, space, air conditioning and good insulation. For the cool months, the entire house has underfloor heating. For those who care about the environment, the entire house runs on solar energy, including the heating.
